Request Form & Assessment
After you have completed the request form, we will contact you as soon as possible and possibly schedule a no-obligation introductory meeting. During this meeting, we will jointly map out your needs and wishes, such as: duration of the period, number of people, type of property, desired region or other specific wishes or questions.
Screening
After the assessment, sQout Housing screens your organization based on a number of components, such as: a professional and representative appearance, good references, employees, etc. sQout Housing offers quality housing and in this way we can guarantee this at all times.
Rental Proposal & Clear Agreements
After assessing your needs, you will receive a clear rental proposal from us. The rental proposal is based on your wishes and the characteristics of the property. After approval of the rental proposal, we will send a digital rental agreement.
Rental Agreement
You will receive the rental agreement from us after approval of the rental proposal. The rental agreement contains the agreed arrangements. The rental agreement is between you and sQout Housing and is the basis for the rental and the mutual agreements, such as: the term of the contract, the rent amount, management and the notice period.
Key Handover & Check-in
During the key handover, there is a final pre-inspection of the property and you will receive a delivery report with photos of the current situation. Our properties are delivered fully furnished.
Management & Regular Inspections
Monthly inspections are scheduled in advance and of course we will inform you. Through our technical service, you will receive a report including photos of any special features by email during the regular inspection. If maintenance or a small repair is needed during the rental period, we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Our own emergency service is available 24/7.
